I have lived in Otter Point for more than 10 years with my husband, long-time Sooke resident, Marcus Farmer. I have a B.A. from the University of Victoria, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Victoria, and an M.A. in Applied Legal Studies (MAALS) from Simon Fraser University. I was commissioned as a Notary Public on June 22, 2010. Prior to becoming a Notary Public, I was a fiber optic/land policy consultant who worked for US law firms, right of way firms, Canadian telecommunications technology companies, and various government organizations in both Canada and the US.

Customer Service
What sets my firm apart is the high level of customer service I provide. I understand that many people cannot take time off during the day to execute documents and obtain informed advice, therefore I meet with my clients when it is convenient for them; early in the morning, evenings and weekends. I offer both in-office and mobile services.
